I hold dual master's degrees from Johns Hopkins University in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology Enterprise & Entrepreneurship, and a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from Binghamton University. My background includes designing and managing a bioinformatics database integrating phenotypic and genomic data for tree disease research at SilvaBio, as well as previous roles at Myriad Genetics and Novogene.

There are two places the evidence you need can live, and I work in both.
The first is the public domain. There is a surprising amount of decision-grade evidence already out there on any target, trait, or strain. Most of it has never been pulled together. You share nothing; I retrieve everything.
The second is your own data. When the answer is in sequencing data you've already generated, I act as your bioinformatics team and turn raw reads into publication-ready results.
Whichever it is, the output is the same improved decisions surrounding your key question.
Track 1 — Public-Data Intelligence

A. One-Time Program Dossier
You send me your single most important scientific question. I answer it by mining what already exists in the public domain — Open Targets, GWAS Catalog, GTEx, DepMap, single-cell atlases, GEO/SRA, ClinVar, Connectivity Map, ClinicalTrials.gov, patents, preprints, and the crop-genomics, microbiome, and strain repositories for ag and industrial work.
No NDA, no data-transfer agreement, no security review. The full de-risking package for a single target or program covers genetics, expression specificity, dependency, tractability, competition, and indication fit. This is where the surprises live — an on-target tox flag at single-cell resolution, a hidden combination partner and biomarker from DepMap, a second indication you weren't pursuing, or competitive whitespace from the last 18 months of patents and preprints.
B. Evidence Desk — Retainer
Your on-call computational evidence partner. I monitor the literature and databases on your targets, answer ad hoc scientific questions as they come up, refresh your dossiers, and prepare the evidence slides for your BD calls, board meetings, and diligence. Every program and every fundraise needs fresh evidence — this is the desk that keeps it current.
Track 2 — Your-Data Bioinformatics
You generate the data. I turn it into results.
Bioinformatics Desk — Retainer
When the answer is in data you already hold, I act as your embedded bioinformatics team. Send me your raw sequencing data and I turn it into publication-ready results: RNA-seq and differential expression, whole genome and variant analysis, metagenomics and amplicon — QC, alignment, variant calling, community profiling, reproducible pipelines, and figures and methods you can drop straight into a manuscript.
This is the right track when you've already generated the data and need it analyzed properly, on an ongoing basis.
